RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes a bicycle may not meet your expectations. Perhaps the size isn’t quite right, or you’ve simply changed your mind. No problem! You have the option to return your order within 14 days, provided the bicycle is unused.

How to Return Your Bicycle

To initiate a return, please contact us via email: info@pactobike.com.

Return Conditions

• The bicycle must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received: disassembled and in its original box.
• Before we provide a return label, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the packed bicycle.
• The return shipping cost for a boxed bicycle is €35, which will be covered by the customer.

Processing Your Return

• We aim to process your return within 7 business days after the bicycle has arrived at our warehouse.
• Would you like to exchange your bicycle for a different model? We will create a new order for you.
• If you prefer a refund, the purchase amount (minus the return costs) will be refunded within 14 days after the bicycle is received at our warehouse.
  

Return of accessories

Returns of accessories are not free.
The customer is responsible for returning accessories with a carrier of choice.
A valid tracking link must be shared with us.
After receipt and processing of the return shipment, the amount of the accessory will be refunded.
